from 130 reviewsThis lift is literally a lifesaver for my elderly parents. My mom is able to keep my dad in their home as she can now lift him and move him. It took me 20 min. to assemble for them and it’s so easy to use! Fits through doorways to move from bed to favorite chair. Highly recommend and great customer service!
I bought this chair for my dad. He has a rare muscle wasting disease and is wheelchair bound. This transfer chair is easy to use. The larger castors for carpet really help moving him from his bed to the toilet. However, some of the items we received were damaged during shipping. We contacted the seller, and they quickly sent us replacements.I highly recommend this transfer chair over using ceiling hoists.
I bought this chair for my disabled daughter. I love it. Very well built. I wasn't sure it would work but once I figured out how to load her it is great. I would highly recommend it.
This chair doesn't roll good on carpet and very hard to place a person from bed to chair, they have to lift their feet over and not enough room to put their feet. This chair its super heavy and not easy to transport to a vehicle
This is one of the most useful products I ever purchased. It has been over one year to provide good support for my mother, who is a resident of a nursing home. I am a petite woman but can always transfer my mother very quickly. The design of this product is simple to handle.
Easy to unfold/fold, remove foot pads. I was able to manage to lift from stages in Rome and Florence. The frame and wheels are solid and sturdy too. I think it will last for years. Thanks.
At a Renaissance Faire & similar events we get around pretty well on the packed grass. If it gets too hard to push, Mom (85) can use it as a walker to save her energy. We bought it for theme parks, where it works especially well on the pavement. Very easy to get in & out of a small hatchback without disassembling (we do take the footrests off to optimize space). Plan to use this at least as long as we're all still mobile, & should work well into the years when Mom may not be able to walk anymore (which could be years off for her!). We learned the hard way it doesn't work great for scared little dogs unless we make a sling for her so she doesn't slip out between the seats! Highly recommend, especially if using it to avoid getting too tired at big events.
I spent over a year researching power mobility devices before deciding to purchase this wheelchair. It has everything I was looking for; durable, compact, lightweight, small turning radius, folds without removing the seat, and has all-terrain capability. The joystick has the right amount of sensitivity to move easily and effortlessly. I am very pleased with this wheelchair. Their customer service is great as well!
I bought this electric stair climbing wheelchair for my mom, and honestly, it has taken a huge load off my shoulders. The tracked system feels very stable on our straight staircase, and it handles the 40–45° incline without any shaking.
The 24V battery lasts surprisingly long — we’ve used it for 6–8 trips before charging. At first I was nervous about operating it, but the controls are simple and smooth.
It’s not fast, but that’s exactly what we wanted: steady, predictable movement. My mom says the seat feels comfortable and secure. Definitely worth it if you’re caring for someone who needs help going up and down stairs.
When I received the package and installed it, I found two places that were damaged. I contacted the seller immediately, and they kindly offered me some compensation. However, I'm still not entirely satisfied.
Great looking unit, won't fit under much but works great.
The wheel chair will be fine, our OT like it. She was disappointed that rear anti-trip devices were not included or recommended in the offer. We found the devices in a search and ordered. Unfortunately, there is an 40 day delivery time !
We only have a need for one for 6-8 weeks but buying was less expensive than renting. Two leg supports that are easy to install or remove. Seems to be well made but we have only had it for 3 weeks.
My father had a stroke and needs two wheelchairs this one works great. Home bathrooms have a smaller frame especially in bedrooms. Hallways are more narrow so I needed a wheelchair that I could transport my father. This turns down the hallway and is able to go in and out of the bathrooms. Also the wheels are low so you have to have someone push or use your legs there is no way to use hands at all small wheels but tough does move on carpet
Lighweight and durable for our present needs. Rolls easy and slim enough to fit through narrow door. Convenient and easy to load in a vehicle. The only issue I have up to this point is the bolts holding the brake assembly broke and this made to wheel chair unsafe for use. Due to time restraints I will not have enough time for a replacement. I had some bolts on hand and I was able to replace the damage one and will replace to other at a later time. Once I replace the damage bolt, the wheel chair work as is should and will provide many years of use.
